WHAT IS GUIDED NATURE IMMERSION?
Get Raw offers premium guided nature immersion experiences across the Gold Coast, inviting individuals, groups and organisations to slow down, reconnect and experience the restorative benefits of time in nature. Inspired by the principles of Forest Therapy, each experience is thoughtfully guided through gentle sensory invitations, mindful movement, breath awareness and moments of reflection that nurture wellbeing, presence and a deeper relationship with the living world. Sessions can be tailored for individuals, private groups, workplaces, retreats, conferences and community organisations.

Benefits of forest therapy
Guided Nature Immersion invites you to slow down, awaken your senses and reconnect with yourself and the living world. Through gentle sensory invitations, mindful movement, breath and reflection, time in nature may help reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, support nervous system regulation and encourage deep relaxation. These restorative experiences can also enhance mood, clarity, focus and creativity while strengthening emotional resilience and a deeper sense of awe, belonging and connection. With nature as a guide, partner and place of belonging, each experience offers space to feel calmer, grounded, renewed and more fully present.
