1. schedule your pilates, yoga or movement – mindfulness practise in advance at the start of every week, add them to your calendar treating them like important work meetings!
2. when working through chores, tasks or to do lists, always chose the hardest or least favourite ones first!
3. get outdoors to connect with nature in any way you can.
4. create regular pauses in your day, place one hand on belly, one hand on heart, take a moment to gently close your eyes.
Feeling into your body, slowing down your breath, sensing into your internal landscape, just noticing the breath, notice how good it feels to pause, breathe & be.
