WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
Simones yin classes are carefully themed with an intention that is gently woven throughout the class to inspire participants to feel deeply connected in mind, body and spirit. You will be guided through short pranayama breath work at start of class to feel safe and present within your body, before softening into the practice. You will leave feeling grounded, calm and centered with a deep sense of mind body connection. Simone has taught yoga for over 5 years & is certified with 500hrs. She has studied with Power Living, Jo Phee Yinspiration, Essence of Living & My Health Yoga. Simone has completed many different Yin Yoga teacher trainings, with passion for Chinese Medicine & Yoga Philosophy.
